At the opposite end of the four mountains system to Aspen, and five times more skiing acreage you will find Snowmass. Many find it more enjoyable and less intimidating than its famous neighbour. There is lots of varied terrain for good skiers, as well as for families and easygoing piste-bashers. Snowmass is big on convenience with over 95% of accommodation being ski ski-out. The village has a selection of good bars, shops and restaurants.
